Refund and Return
Please always contact our customer service department at support(at)betachek-europe.com before returning any product to us. We will provide you with additional information, including the return address. We can only accept returns after you have received a final response from our customer service department.
Please review these three simple guidelines before contacting our customer service department for a refund:
1) Products must have been purchased directly from betachek-europe.com.
We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail stores. Please return them to the store where you purchased them.
2) We cannot accept returns for excessively used products. 20 tests is a guideline for normal testing-use of a blood glucose meter, test cassette and lancet starter pack.
3) We cannot take back opened packages of sterile lancets. (Quantities: 25, 50, 100 & 200 lancets). Unopened lancet packs can be returned if they are in their original sealed packaging, intact, unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs
We do not bear the costs of returning items to us. You will need to cover these costs.
Damaged products or order errors
If your product arrives damaged or we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or send you the correct products. Please contact us immediately by email at support(at)betachek-europe.com. When reporting damage, please include a picture of the damaged product and packaging.
